Half Marathon

Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is challenging and achievable. Our programs target runners, run/walkers and walkers. Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 5 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances.

The goal of our Half Marathon Training Program is to help runners achieve their long distance running goals in a positive and fun group atmosphere.


Half Marathon Training Group

Kick-Off Date: Monday, March 5th, 2012 at 6:30pm

Informational Meeting: Monday, February 13th at 6:00pm

Program Participants Receive:

  • 12-Week Training Program with calendar and detailed workouts
  • 2 weekly coached training sessions in a fun, group atmosphere 
  • Series of seminars on topics such as Injury Prevention, Nutrition, and Stretching
  • Weekly email support from your coach to answer questions regarding training and running issues
  • Weekly Group Runs at Fleet Feet Sports Annapolis
  • Coach support and party at the goal event!
