At Fleet Feet Sports we believe that you can do anything you wish.  Whether it is crossing the finish line of your first 5k or running faster at your next race, we have a plan to get you there. Our training programs are designed to help you meet your goals one step at a time with the encouragement of not just our coaches and mentors but other members of the running community who are striving to meet their goals as well.

Program Start: August 29th, 2016
Program Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 8:30am
Goal Race: Across the Bay 10k
Program Fee: ex: $120 excluding race fee
Description: Our 10k running program is designed for those who have already completed a 5K race or can comfortably run or walk/run 3 miles, with the goal of running the 10k distance feeling strong and confident. Our program will utilize run/walk intervals training to help you feel your best on race day.

Program Start: Wednesday, August 21st at 6pm in Annapolis
Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6 pm, Saturday at 8:30 am
Goal Race: Annapolis Running Classic
Program Fee: $120 excluding race fee
Description: Want to take your training to the next level this fall? Join us as we push towards new goals, and prepare to complete a half marathon. Our training program is designed to encourage runners and run/walkers to meet their fitness and running goals beyond the 10k distance. Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training, and teach you about a variety of topics including injury prevention, nutrition, endurance training, stretching, and more. Pace groups, speed-work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 3-5 miles to complete their first half marathon or improve over previous performances.

Program Start: Monday, September 12, 2016 at 6 p.m.
Program Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 8:30am
Goal Race: Lights on the Bay 5K and Fun Run
Program Fee: $120 excluding race fee
Description: No Boundaries is a nationally awarded 5K (3.1 miles) training program that offers a proven, safe and effective approach to running. No Boundaries is designed for people who are beginner runners and walk/runners. Our program utilizes walk/run intervals and is designed for people who can comfortably walk 20 minutes. Our program is structured to help you cross the finish line in 10-12 weeks. Along the way, we will provide you with motivation to keep you moving, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics. We will cover topics such as proper form, nutrition, hydration, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
