The Charity is an Encapsulation/Compression Sports Bra for High Impact (A/B cup) or Medium Impact (C cup) activities.
The extra "protective" layer in the front panel provides extra protection from showing when things get "chilly," and adds shape without adding padding!
The light-as-cloud comfort and smoothness will provide a feeling of being secure and supported WITHOUT suffocation. Heck, you may even forget you have a bra on all together! (Warning, we still highly recommend you wear a sports bra when exercising!)
