Fleet Feet Annapolis is excited to announce our next FREE Group Run and Yoga Clinic. Join us for a FREE Gentle Yoga For Runners Clinic with Jen Hoenscheid on June 11th at 8am. Come early for an easy 3 mile run followed by an hour of yoga with Jen. Stick around afterwards to learn why you may be in the wrong bra and how Fleet Feet Sports can help. Jen Hoenscheid of YogaWorks in Severn Park grew up studying ballet and jazz and continued exercise and movement as an adult through running, aerobics, and a variety of dance classes. She was introduced to yoga in 2007 and realized yoga was something she wanted to make a larger part of her life. She decided to teach yoga as she’s held various training positions throughout her business career and really enjoys working with people. Combining her love of yoga and people just seemed like a natural fit for her. Jen particularly enjoys practicing vinyasa flow style yoga. The combination of breath and movement is very invigorating and rewarding both physically and mentally. Jen is married and the mother of 2 children, and sings and plays keyboards in a local band.
