Chris Norman with Capital SUP has lead our runners through Muscle Activation and Movement Prep, Balance and Coordination and High Intensity Interval Training. Each workout has been designed to help our runners get stronger and avoid overuse injuries. This month's Train Smarter Clinic has the same goal.
