No Boundaries II: 10K Training Program
No matter what your goal is - we've got a training program that will help you reach your goals! Our program will have three divisions, a walk, run and sprint program to accommodate all levels of athletes!
Our walking program is designed for those who are new to walking, or want to walk longer and stronger than they have before. Throughout the program, we'll increase both distance and speed in order to make sure you're prepared to walk 6.2 miles at our target 10K event!
Our running program is designed for those who can run 20 minutes comfortably, with the goal of running the 10K distance feeling strong and confident. Our program will utilize run/walk intervals and some interval training to help you feel your best on race day!
Our "sprint" program is designed for the seasoned racer who wants to run faster and stronger. This aggressive program will include sprint work, interval training and long runs with guidance from an experienced coached in order to help you achieve a PR on race day!
KICK-OFF: APRIL 20th at 6:00pm
TARGET RACE: Dawson's Day 10K, June 21st
WEEKLY RUNS: Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm; Saturday at 8:00am
