Newton Running Injury Prevention Clinic: How Form Can Prevent Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints and IT Band Pain

Our local Natural Running Coach and Newton Educator, Juda McGannon is BACK to continue her quest to educate the Annapolis community about Natural Running, and how to run faster, more efficiently, and with less injury.

This session, Juda will focus on Injury Prevention - and how form can assist in preventing injuries like plantar fasciitis, shin splints, and IT band syndrome.

You'll learn natural running drills, and receive one-on-one help on natural running gait and form!
 Demo shoes will be available for all who would like to test out the Newtons for the first time!
  


After, join us for an optional group run!
