Fleet Feet Sports' 26.2 Marathon Training Program begins December 11th, 2013! Yes, 26.2 glorious miles to be conquered by YOU. This program is designed to prepare runners for their first endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The local target event for the program is the B&A Trail Marathon scheduled for March 30, 2014! Want to train for another full spring marathon? No Problem! You’ll be ready for any spring marathon including the Virginia Beach Shamrock Marathon on March 16th, or the Washington D.C. Rock and Roll Marathon on March 15, 2014!
Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training with a specific training plan that includes speed work, pace groups, recovery workouts, and drills. A variety of topics including injury prevention, nutrition, endurance training, stretching, and more will be addressed as well.
Our program physical therapist is Kim Shemer, DPT from Kim Shemer Kurtzman Physical Therapy. She will be not only hosting clinics for program participants on injury prevention and staying healthy and strong, but also answering any questions participants may have as aches and pains come up in training. Kim is also a pilates instruction and will host a "recovery" workout for participants during the program!

PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE:
TRAINING TIMES: Wednesdays 6:30pm; Saturdays 8:30am
TARGET (COACHED) RACE: B&A Trail Marathon in Severna Park, MD
LOCATION: This program will be hosted out of the Fleet Feet Sports Annapolis location, however, training runs will be out of both our Annapolis and Severna Park locations.
