We want to know, how is YOUR form? Chances are - there are improvements you can and SHOULD be making to help you run faster, more efficient, and with less injury.
A certified "Good Form" Running coach will be on hand to teach you the principles of Good Form Running, evaluate your biomechanics, and allow you to try out New Balance minimalist shoes which are designed to help promote better running form.
If you're like most of us, you probably don't have perfect running form, but that's understandable. Most of us started running by just going out and doing it with no one to teach us how to run. Involvement in almost every other sport starts by being taught the fundamentals: basic movements and drills. Why don't we start out running like that? Running with better form can benefit all of us regardless of our goals are!
