It's been a longggg, cold, and snowy winter, and let's face it, our winter training may have suffered. We've been a prisoner to the treadmill with frozen sidewalks and we're all starting to get a little cabin fever. So, as the calendar changes, so does our mindset. All of a sudden it's March and we're looking at each other like, "OMG, the B&A Half & Full Marathon is only 4 weeks away!!" Trust us, we GET IT!
Let's make the most of the next 4 weeks as we close in on all of these spring races. Let's train strong, hard, and most importantly SMART! Don't freak out at the fast approaching race, be PREPARED! We're here to help!

LOCATION: Fleet Feet Sports Annapolis
WHAT: Join us for a Muscle Maintenance Class. Brandon Demers, one of our most excellent expert Fleet Feet staff members, will guide you through some exercises, stretching tips, and workout strategies that are imperative to maintaining healthy and strong muscles, and how to stay injury free! This class is all about how to properly support and take care of your body through your training. This is all about unlocking your potential and seeing what your body is truly capable of when treated accordingly.
YOU'LL NEED: Yourself! You're welcome to bring a yoga mat as we'll be doing some floor exercises, but it is not required. Be prepared to exercise!
