You have the option of registering online or downloading and printing a PDF to bring into the store with your payment. If you register online, please stop by the store any time before the first group practice to take care of payment and sign a waiver (or you can do it at the first session). We will accept registrants up to a week after the program kick off date.
 
Running 101
Are you a non-runner, or beginning runner, who would like to become more active, increase your energy level and boost your self-confidence? Then this is the program for you!  Running 101 is an 11 week program that culminates in a local 5K (3.1 mile) race. This program is for Runners and Run/Walkers and is based on a progressive schedule of both running and walking. Participants should be able to walk at a comfortable pace for at least 10 minutes non-stop. We meet as a group 2 evenings a week with an additional opportunity for a group run on Saturday mornings. 
Target Race: Arthritis Foundation Jingle Bell Run 5K in Glen Burnie, MD
Cost:  $80

Running 201
Running 201 is a great intermediate running program for those who are ready to move up to the 10K (6.2 mile) distance. We will work on a progressive schedule, increasing our running distance as we go.  Running 201 is an 11 week program that culminates in a local race.  Participants should be able to run for at least 20 minutes at a comfortable pace. We meet as a group 2 evenings a week with an additional opportunity for a group run on Saturday mornings.
Target Race:  Cold Turkey 10K in Edgewater, MD
Cost: $90

Running 301

Ready to go to the next level?  Running 301 might be just what you’re looking for.  It is a 13 week, progressive training program that culminates in time for the Annapolis Striders Anniversary 15K (9.3 miles).  This program is for runners who are already able to run for at least 30 minutes at a comfortable pace.  We meet as a group 2 evenings a week with an additional opportunity for a group run on Saturday mornings.

Cost:  $100

Youth Running
We can't let mom and dad have all the fun... now we've got something for you Junior Fleet Feeters!  Kids aged 10-14, and kids aged 8 and 9 with an accompanying adult, can come out and join us for an 11 week progressive training program that will culminate in a local 5K (3.1 mile) race. This program is for beginning runners or young runners who want a group atmosphere in which to train.  We'll have lots of fun while we run - come on out and join us!  We meet as a group 2 evenings a week.

Cost:  $80 or $150 for child/adult combination (ages 8 and 9 w/accompanying adult)

Fleet Feet Rollers
Join us as we "roll" out a brand new training program!  Here's an opportunity to work out without leaving your baby...  plus you get to connect with other parents!  Our "stroller fitness" class will feature walking, power walking, resistance exercises, core exercises and some light jogging.  Bring a yoga-type mate, blanket or beach towel, your baby, your stroller and whatever else you need to keep baby comfortable during our 60 minute fitness trek in and around Annapolis and Eastport. We offer classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am.  You can join us on a "drop in" basis or get an unlimited monthly pass. 
Cost:  $7 per class or $75 for an unlimited monthly pass.
