You have the option of registering online or downloading and printing a PDF to bring into the store with your payment. If you register online, please stop by the store any time before the first group practice to take care of payment and sign a waiver (or you can do it at the first session). We will accept registrants up to a week after the program kick off date.

We are proud to announce the new fall training schedule and are very proud to partner with New Balance to bring you another round of "No Boundaries" training. What is "No Boundaries"? Only the best 5K beginning running program out there. No Boundaries is a fun, laid back introduction into running. Sponsored by New Balance, this program is designed for people who don't run, those who have a hard time sticking to a running program or are unsure what to do. We begin with run/walk intervals and slowly ramp-up the time spent running and distance covered.  Every year we have the pleasure of helping people take those first steps. Friendships are made, traditions formed and most of our participants have learned to love running so much that they are running 10Ks, half marathons and even marathons! You can do the same!
 
No Boundaries
Start Date:  Monday Sept 27th
Practice Dates:  Mondays, Wednesdays 6:30pm, Saturday 8:30am
Target Race - Jingle Jog - early December
Price - $100
Registration Includes: Coached practices, 5k training schedule, assorted lectures and clinics (nutrition, massage, stretching, and others), group socials, access to coach via email and telephone during the week, a technical t shirt, special shopping nights, race registration.
No Boundaries is a beginning runner's class.  It is designed specifically for people who have never run before or who have not run in a long time.  It is gradual build up of time running that culminates in a local 5k.

Running 101.5 - advanced 5k
Start Date: Monday Sept 27th
Practice Dates: Mondays, Wednesday 6:30pm, Saturday 8:30amTarget Race - Jingle Jog - early DecemberPrice- $100
Registration includes: Coached practices, 5k training schedule, assorted lectures and clinics (nutrition, massage, stretching, and others), group socials, access to coach via email and telephone during the week, a technical t shirt, special shopping nights, race registration.
The advanced 5k class is geared for people who have run a 5k before or who have recently completed our running 101 class.  It will focus on getting comfortable with the distance and will incorporate some longer runs and speed workouts.

Running 201- 10k Training
Start Date: Wednesday Sept 15thPractice
Dates: Wednesday 6:30pm, Saturday 8:30 am (and Tuesday fun runs at 6:30pm)
Target Race: Cold Turkey 10k - Nov 21Price - $ 100
Registration Includes: Coached practices, 5k training schedule, assorted lectures and clinics (nutrition, massage, stretching, and others), group socials, access to coach via email and telephone during the week, a technical t shirt, special shopping nights, race registration.
Running 201 is geared for people who are able to comfortable run 2 - 3 miles or who have recently completed our beginning running class. It will prepare runners for a 10k.  Like running 101, it will take a slow approach to building up to the 10k distance while also focusing on technique and speed work.

½ Marathon/ Marathon
Start Date: Wednesday 1 September
Practice Dates: Wednesday 6:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am (Tuesday fun runs 6:30pm)
Target Race (s) - Baltimore and MCM
Price - $80
This training program is designed for people who have just completed the Annapolis 10 miler or are comfortable running 8 miles.  It will culminate in time to run the Baltimore ½ marathon or Marine Corps Marathon.
Registration Includes - coached practices, access to coaches via email and phone, technical t-shirt, social outings, and special shopping nights and samples. *This program does not include your race registration.  However, you will need to let the coaches know which you are training for to get a more personalized training schedule**
