Running 201 is a great Intermediate Running program for those who are ready to move up to the 10K (6.2 mile) distance. We work on a progressive schedule, increasing our mileage as we go. Running 201 is a 12 week program that culminates in a local 10K race. We meet as a group 2 evenings a week with an additional opportunity for group running on Saturday mornings.
