Where: Starting and ending point is at our good friends Fleet Feet Sports at 318 Sixth Street just at the base of the Spa Creek Bridge. They will even let you park there. Of course walking to the Boot Camp is preferred.
What to Bring: A good attitude, athletic attire (no speedos please), water, and please be sure your doctor says you are ok to exercise. We promise you won't keel over but of course you will sign a waiver.
The Journey: Each week will be a little different and will always be fun. We will never venture more than a mile (or so...) from Fleet Feet but you will be amazed how many places we can and will go! There will always be a proper warm up and cool down. Activities will range from push ups to squats to dips to yoga, pilates, band work and more. We may even skip a little. Ok we have been seen playing Toilet Tag, Mother May I and dragging tires around but we won't admit to it. There will ALWAYS be modifications to the exercises to meet everyone's physical fitness level. We will concentrate on interval training, a mix of aerobics and strength training.
At the End: We always seem to end up somewhere to strengthen our relationships.
