Informational Session for the Running 101 Training Program Print

Are you a non-runner, or beginning runner, who would like to become more active, increase your energy level and boost your self-confidence?   Then this is the program for you!  Running 101 is an 11 week program that culminates in a local 5K (3.1 mile) race.  This program is for Runners and Run/Walkers and is based on a progressive schedule of both running and walking.  Participants should be able to walk at a comfortable pace for at least 10 minutes non-stop.  We meet as a group 2 evenings a week with an optional group workout on Saturday mornings.  For more information please attend one of our Informational Meetings on   June 21st at 10am or June 23rd at 7:30pm.
