Marketing Director

We're looking for a Marketing Director to help coordinate the marketing activities of our store locations! Before moving forward, ask yourself these questions to see if we're a good fit for you

Details: Dynamic individual passionate about promoting our products, training programs and events to the greater Annapolis community. A great blend of working offsite at local events, in-house with our managers, and assisting with online communications. 

Skills Needed:

  • Marketing background and experience 
  • An outgoing personality and great public speaking skills
  • A creative mind and general enthusiasm for fitness
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic business
  • Great decision making skills
  • Great communications skills
  • Time management & prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
  • Computer skills (i.e.: Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, web editing)
  • Event planning skills with attention to detail
  • A schedule that provides them the opportunity to work evenings and weekends

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute in-store events and fun runs
  • Manage the launch of all training programs
  • Work with store managers to promote in-store promotions and products
  • Manage race sponsorships and attend local races
  • Create editorial and graphics needed for website, email campaigns and social media channels
  • Work with vendors to sponsor events and training programs
  • Build partnerships and manage relationships with strategic partner businesses
  • Developing and executing corporate wellness programs
