Christi is a certified PIYO instructor, a NASM certified Personal Trainer, and a Paddlefit and Beachbody Coach. Her philosophy is to help her students get stronger and more balanced on their terms and to help heal and improve weaker areas.
This class is FREE to all but we ask that you register so we know how many are coming. Space is limited. Be sure to bring a yoga mat. Christi will have Shakeology and energy balls to try after the class.
